Daniel Richards, Kim Blanche Adonis and Me

Daniel Mpilo Richards was in town with his 6-months pregnant British wife, and he played a wonderful set at the Alma Cafe with Tankiso Mamabolo and Jimmy Nevis.  Daniel featured in four of my solo shows - Born Free, Pay Back the Curry, State Fracture and Land Acts and it was he who introduced me to the equally talented Kim Blanche Adonis who has featured in He Had It Coming, My Fellow South Africans and My Fellow Coalition Partners.  Kim and I were at the Alma Cafe to support Dan.
